We are a family run business that has been in this industry for many years dating back to our parents and friends when this sport was truly in its infancy. The Volkswagen opened up a whole phenomena with what we now know as dune buggies and sand rails. Obviously things have advanced tremendously since those days with cars running unheard of horsepower from a flat four cylinder up to full blown Chevy and Ford eight cylinder motors. While our interest is focused mainly on the off road and sport end of the business we are trying to have a supply chain that caters to all ends of the VW community. No matter what you run in your car or trim it with, it all comes back to a very simple need in good quality parts to keep that car up and running. We will always do our best to insure that the parts you buy from us are of good quality and craftsmanship.

No company can possibly keep up with all the parts and services available to the off road enthusiast with as many advancements the sport has taken. We are not going to even try to or convince you that we can. The site is our catalog. We add parts to it everyday so always check for new items or ask if you are not sure. What we will try to do for you is to have as many parts on hand as possible and offer them for as reasonable prices as possible. We will be courteous and professional in every contact that you make with us. We will not lie or mislead you on our status with a part or service. If we don’t have it we will tell you and let you know when we can get it for you. We will not intentionally beef up our shipping costs to cover those “great prices” we say we have. We will pack each item with care and get it to you as quick as we can.

My name is Gary Breedlove. My wife, Pam, and I have been married since Aug of 1992 and have a son , Tyler. This is our business that we started in a true love for this sport. We want to be a part of this for the fun of being involved with it. This sport was a part of my childhood from the time I was 6 and since then I have had a fever for it. Pam and I have developed a true team in running and maintaining our personal cars as well as service to others that have come to us. We run a full line of service and parts locally as well as our online business. We also own a construction company that we started in 1990. We loved the construction and working with customers and wood for 16 years but must start thinking of a retirement. We hope that one day we can make this childhood enjoyment turn into a lifelong enjoyment and support. Inventory
We are a young company and still growing. We will not act any different. We are building our inventory and will listen to you and respond to what you are asking for from us. If there is a part you don’t see and need let us know. We can usually get what you want within a few days. If you think that we need to carry something on a regular basis please let us know. We will look into the demand for the item and try to carry the item if it is feasible. We want your business and will always try to make the part readily available if possible. We will always take your needs into account when maintaining our inventory. Remember if you don’t ask we wont know!!!!!
U.S Shipping
Our shipping is very simple and quick. When you check out you will go to your shopping cart and the shipping charge will be calculated depending on what you purchased. All items are shipped on weight of the total item weight on the order. We have put a lot of time and consideration into the shipping to insure a fair system. Please let us know if you ever have a problem with the shipping amount or weights that are calculated. We will be happy to assist you in an explanation or correction.
We ship primarily UPS on packages and USPS on any padded envelopes. We will always ship USPS on any items shipped outside the continental US. If you have any special shipping requests please let us know when buying and we will do what we can do to accommodate your request.
If you ever receive any item that has been damaged or misrepresented in any way please contact us. Send pictures if possible of the damage and we will replace the item or refund your money. We will do this even if the damage is from shipping. We will deal with the shipping company and take care of it from there. We will even go one step further and refund you shipping cost if needed or pay to have the item sent back to us and pay for the replacement to be sent to you. We know that this is very uncommon practice but we don’t feel that you should have to pay to have a damaged part sent to you.
We will require the return of the damaged or incorrect item to us before any replacement is shipped. We hate to have this delay even though it is not your fault but there are too many people out there just waiting to take advantage of that opportunity.
WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING COST FOR ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE LOWER U.S. 48.
We will always try to ship within 1 business day from order. If for any reason we cannot ship the item in that time frame we will notify you of the situation. If the item is unavailable or backordered you can decide to keep the order or cancel.
International Shipping and Payment
All international orders are handled as a pending sale upon agreement between the customer and Lovinbuggies INC.
You, the customer, have the right to create an account and then to add items to your cart in preparation for checkout. Upon checkout you will submit your cart contents and shipping information for a shipping quote. All shipping quotes will be figured using United States Postal Service Priority International shipping (except Canada, which will be figured United Parcel Service) unless the customer requests an alternate shipping method.
Shipping quotes will be returned within 24 hours of submission and will then need approval and payment from the customer before any shipment is sent.
The checkout and submission of a shipping quote is not an agreement or commitment to buy between the customer and Lovinbuggies INC. Clicking the Checkout button and submitting an order request does not complete any payment or commence any payment process of any kind. This is simply a request from Lovinbuggies INC by the customer to get an actual shipping quote, that upon agreement, will be paid through approved payment. The customer or Lovinbuggies INC has the right to refuse the completion of the shipment if they choose to due to costs or shipping requirements.
All international orders will be paid via Paypal in U.S funds only.
Lovinbuggies INC will not accept any other type of payment for international orders.
The customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that shipping via USPS Priority International provides NO shipping or tracking information for shipments. We, therefore, take no responsibility for these shipments, other than to provide, on request, the customs forms that we fill out on shipment. If the customer chooses to ship via a carrier that provides shipping information and delivery confirmation we will then be able to insure and take responsibility for said shipment.
Lovinbuggies INC will not discount, decrease, or otherwise diminish any shipping value or ship any parts as a “gift” for import duties and tax reduction. It is an illegal activity and we will not consider such action. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and we are not able to figure those totals. All payments will be paid in U.S. funds only.
Return policy
Our return policy is simple. Contact us first about any return request. We keep records of every item sold from us. If the item is not damaged and in its original packing we will refund your money for the item upon return. You will be responsible for all shipping cost on returned items. When we receive the item we will refund the original purchase price from your receipt. All items returned must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition or no refund will be given and item will be sent back to you.

This is your site to buy from and we are here to serve you. If for any reason we do not serve your needs please let us know. We also own a construction business that has been in business since 1990. We know what customer service and loyalty is all about and are not new to running a small business. One thing that we have seen in this sport is a repeated problem of people wanting to start up a business selling these parts without understanding the commitment needed for its success. We have been in this for years and have spent a lot of personal time getting a plan in place to accommodate you the customer. We will always make every effort to price our parts the lowest we can so you can keep that car running. After all, that’s what it is all about, driving the cars. We have several and we look forward to every chance we have to drive them. We don’t want to wait for parts to have them running either.

We know that if you love a site to buy from you will come back over and over. We are a no nonsense bunch of people here. We build them, run them and break them A LOT. We want your input on our business!!!!! We want to know what you think about our business, our website, and your experience with us.. Price Match Policy
We will always try to have the lowest prices possible and give you the best deal but that is tough to keep track of with as many companies there are selling these parts. So it is up to you to keep us on our toes. If you see the same exact item from another supplier at a lower price let us know. We will do our best to match or beat that price so you can get all your items from one stop. This is not a guarantee for price but we want your business and will do our best to keep you coming back to us. The item must be the exact item from a legitimate company site that we can verify by going there. No individuals or auction sites, i.e. Ebay, will be looked at.
